Submit claims in the mobile app

Mobile App

Discover how the Ellement Online Claims mobile app allows you to submit and check your claim status on your mobile device.

Submit your claim(s)

  1. Log in to the Ellement App using your username and password.
  2. Select the + button in the bottom center of your screen
  3. A  menu will appear with options to submit a Health, Drug or Dental claim. Select the appropriate claim type for the service you are submitting.
  4. Select the patient for whom you are submitting.
